Once we have confirmed the ‘wheres and whens’ we draw up a management plan which monitors all the activities needed for nationwide store installation. Site surveys to CAD layout through to installation will always be followed by the ‘How Did We Do?’ questionnaire. This feedback enables us to continue to provide an excellent service to our clients. Once we have collated this information we will communicate with our business partners and evaluate and analyse all completed work and if appropriate recommend potential solutions for improving future projects. |
